Premium PT Membership
Group Personal Training with a difference!
Group Personal Training has proven very successful in professional sports conditioning. Whilst most of you may not be striving for the elite level of performance, our approach to Group PT borrows from this discipline of training in the semi-private mindset. So if you're keen to take the next step up from outdoor group training, this is it!
Our new Premium PT Membership will have you training with greater frequency, helping you make greater progress with your training goals. And with only a small number of members in the gym at one time, our trainers will be there to assist, motivate and keep you on track at all times.
Training up to 4x per week, your membership includes:
- 2x 1hr Group PT Sessions

- 1x Group Fitness Session
- 1x Sandhills Session (optional)
All members receive:
- Individual Fitness Assessment & Training Program
- Goal Setting targets
- Nutritional guidance
Membership = $80 per week

Personal Training: One on One or Two on One
The ultimate in coaching and motivation, if you are serious about results and prefer the specialised private one-on-one training, this is the best way to keep you 100% accountable.
All clients receive:

- Individual assessment with a full musculoskeletal screening and fitness test, you will also receive a report with findings
- Personal program tailored from assessment
- On going progress checks
- Coaching and feedback
- Weekly email contact
